Our founder Raphael, the Frenchman, was born in Cannes south of France, where he studied gastronomy and worked in the most iconic hotel palace of the French Riviera, le Martinez, Carlton Intercontinental, le Majestic from where his menu was inspired.
He fell in love with the vibrant city of Cartagena and decided to move here and follow his dream to open Colibri café and share his passion for hospitality with us to bring a touch of Mediterranean culture and flavors to the city.
